WELCOME TO FCX
FCX is a High School program for boys and girls U15 through U18, Team Elmhurst is part of an affiliate program with various clubs within the Chicago-land area. The concept of FCX is to provide an environment for all types of soccer players to develop and achieve success through good competition and outstanding coaching.
Team Elmhurst has been part of the FCX Program since 2007 and feeds all players from U14 into the U15 age group and beyond. FCX also provides an environment for TESC younger players U11 to U14 to be part of an evaluation day and gain valuable experiences playing and training with other players outside of their club team.
FCX was established in 2005, F.C. meaning Football Club and “X” being the variable by Ryan Snyder, Director of Coaching for FCB and FCX. Since then FCX have hired a Director of Coaching for their south affiliation who controls all aspects of the south program.
Players that represent FCX have the opportunity to attend & compete in high-level regional and national tournaments. FCX offers summer events for our U12 - U14 players and over the past 3 years FCX have won 2 National Championships with the U14 Girls Teams.

Mission Statement
The mission of the FCX youth soccer club is to provide a safe, rewarding and competitive training and game environment for players to develop to their full potential. To obtain this objective we will provide the highest level of coaching to create an environment that fostersself-confidence, positive self-image and healthy lifestyle choices. The coaches will also promote the development of each player’s technical, tactical, physical and mental skills in an atmosphere of teamwork and sportsmanship. FCX will continue to provide soccer opportunities based on ability level, as the founding clubs Team Elmhurst Soccer Club, Lyons Township Soccer Club, FC Barrington & Northwest United have always done.
