TESC U12 Boys Premier TEAM - PRACTICE PHASE 3 on Thursday Makeup
by posted 06/01/2020

Hey U12 Boys Premier Team,
IMPORTANT INFORMATION for a TEST PRACTICE on Thursday, June 4th - 5:00 - 6:00 PM

We are doing a few test PHASE 3 practices the next 2 weeks. The boys are invited to come out tomorrow from 5:00 - 6:00 PM at BERENS TURF FIELD D. Please enter on the EAST Side of Berens Park by the baseball fields. That area will be a bit less crowded in the parking lot. If the field changes I will send a message via the SI PLAY APP.

  • Players are encouraged to wear a mask from their car to the practice field. They will not be required to wear a mask during the session.
  • Players should be dressed and ready to practice once they leave the car.
  • Parents should stay in their car and not hang out at the fields.
  • Players should bring their own Ball and water for the session.

This is an optional practice and we need a waiver send back to me at DOC@elmhurstsoccer.com before your child can participate.

There are extensive guidelines and procedures, basically making sure all was covered from the IYSA information. I’ve attached a rough draft protocol for TESC, it’s imperative that parents and players own their responsibilities in the best interest of others. Training will be individual technique based and players will be distanced while using their own equipment, ball, etc. The coaches will be wearing a mask and will keep distance as well. We will avoid close proximity to others.

An important piece that needs to be completed ASAP is the COVID WAIVER FORM. Please email me the forms to DOC@elmhurstsoccer.com before the practice. No waiver No practice. Sorry!

Please know that if you do not feel comfortable with your child participating, that is very appropriate and please do not feel bad about not sending them. All I ask is that you let me know about your preferencel via email to DOC@elmhurstsoccer.com

Lastly, it’s important to note again that you and your player take respective responsibilities seriously. We want to be as safe as possible, if not for your health, then to avoid a delay for full return to play in the fall.

Thanks so much everyone, please text or call with any questions or concerns!!
